How many men in the United States choose to be castrated each year, and how hard is it to find a doctor willing to perform such an operation? The statistics may surprise you. Castration is a viable choice for men wishing to re-invent their sexual identities for reasons other than sexual reassignment. American Eunuchs asks who are these men, why do they choose castration, and how is it performed. It follows several men leading up to, during, and after castration. Contains graphic operation footage that is NOT for the squeamish.
