NARRATIVE SHORTS PROGRAM #4

Saturday, May 8, 3:00 PM, Charles Theatre 4

OSJ – Jon Witmer (3:00)
The thrills begin when the eponymous OSJ steps out from his undersea kingdom and into a world of color and games of tag.

REMISSION – Dan Stack (4:15)
A young woman suffering from schizophrenic sexual fantasies decides to control them using medication. When she begins feeling lonely and isolated without her nightly visitors, she must decide whether or not to retreat back into her visions.

THE MALE GROUPIE - Christopher Cherot and Morocco Omari (18:40)
The story of two childhood friends, seemingly on the same path toward success but steadily drifting apart. Blasé-Skippy is a multitalented actor/rapper/businessman, and Ton, who while very creative, lives vicariously through Blasé. On a not-so-typical night out, their journey meets a bittersweet fork in the road.

EXIT 8A – Margaret Harris (22:00)
When a very angry young man finds out his girlfriend is pregnant, he sets off on a violent rampage, culminating in a showdown with the father who abandoned him.

THE EMPTY BUILDING – Giovanni Sanseviero (43:14)
People may one day have to relive a traumatic moment in order to progress in life, but where would such an event take place? In a church, at home, maybe? Why not in an Empty Building? That’s where one man will find himself confronting his past and trying to redefine its meaning.
