HELP. Keep filmmaking alive in Maryland.
Last year, all film, television and commercial production combined pumped $75 million into Maryland’s economy. When you become a Friend of the Festival, you’ll be supporting the annual Maryland Film Festival held in May. Since 1999, it’s been the best showcase for filmmakers to see how great Maryland is for productions of all kinds.

IT’S EASY. Membership starts at just $50.
We don’t ask you to commit to a certain number of predetermined events during the year. Instead you can enjoy the flexibility of attending events as they fit into your schedule. By becoming a Friend of the Festival, you’ll help us build upon what we’ve already started — bringing extraordinary filmmakers and their films to Maryland.

The Friends of the Festival is supported by grants from the France-Merrick Foundation, The Abell Foundation, and program-related investments from The Rouse Company Foundation and The Charlesmead Foundation.
